Gulfshore Playhouse

The Projects Group (TPG) was engaged to serve as Owner’s Representative for the Gulfshore Playhouse in 2019 in Naples, Florida. TPG's team managed all facets of the project, including pre-construction activities, entitlement and rezoning processes, project budget, schedule implementation, and collaboration with design and construction teams and specialty consultants.

The project included a 350-seat proscenium theatre, stage house, 125-seat black-box studio, two rehearsal halls, theatre support spaces, education wing, art gallery, public café, Founders Lounge, rehearsal spaces, costume shop, storage, and administrative offices. The site also includes a 115,000 SF parking facility.
